We have developed an analytical framework to calculate suggested orders at the customer-product level on a periodic basis for different commercialization channels including traditional trade, wholesalers, minimarkets and big-box retailers. Our algorithms consider sales historic information, sales budgets, and last-mile delivery features to periodically update the suggested orders according to the sell-out and sell-in market dynamics. We additionally recommend products not being sold at a given customer with good performance in similar customers that can lead to even 10% monthly sales increases.
